It will be the 33rd annual HUG EMEA and the Customer Steering Committee is assisting in further developing the agenda.

- The 2025 HUG EMEA call for customer presentation abstracts is open until September 10.
- 2025 HUG EMEA Conference registration is open until November 3.
- 2026 HUG Americas – 50 years celebration will be held June 8 -10 in Phoenix, Arizona. The call for papers will open in January 2026.

Starting October 15, registered HUG attendees can access the Honeywell Global Events App for information about the 2025 Honeywell Users Group in The Hague. The app features the schedule, activities, and floorplans in an interactive format.

This three-day event invites Honeywell customers from around the world to learn how businesses handle challenges in fast-paced industries.

Conference registration is open, once your HUG conference registration is confirmed, you will receive by email several reservation links for nearby hotel options*:
- NOVOTEL Den Haag World Forum (connected to the convention center)
- Rate: € 185.20 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
- The Hague Marriott Hotel (5-minute walk)
- Rate: € 234.01 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
- LEONARDO Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade (7-minute walk)
- Rate: € 155.20 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
- HILTON The Hague (10 minutes by car or public transportation tramline 1 – four stops to the World Forum)
- Rate: € 175.20 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
*All above hotel rates include 9% local tax and €6.20 city tax, the rates are for standard rooms and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
