The global 2025 Honeywell User Group (HUG) Conference will be held
June 9-11 at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa, San Antonio, Texas, USA.
It will be the 49th annual HUG and the Customer Steering Committee is assisting in further developing the agenda.

About HUG
Honeywell Users Group (HUG) conference provides users of Honeywell process control and industrial automation systems with a forum to exchange technical information and give feedback to Honeywell on their equipment and service needs.

Starting May 15, registered HUG attendees can access the Honeywell Global Events App for information about the 2025 Honeywell Users Group in Dallas. The app features the schedule, activities, and floorplans in an interactive format.
HUG Registration
This three-day event invites Honeywell customers from around the world to learn how businesses handle challenges in fast-paced industries.
Benefit from conference general sessions, breakouts, panels and spotlights , as well as special workshops and training exercises.
Hotel Reservations
Note: HUG Conference registration opens March 10, hotel rooms can only be booked after HUG registration.
Once your 2025 HUG conference registration is confirmed, you will receive the standard reservation link from the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort, San Antonio, Texas, USA where the conference will be held.
If you secured your hotel booking via the HUG-JW Marriott Hill Country Resort link before May 12 and have received confirmation, the standard room fee is available at a special rate, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The nightly rate for this hotel room is at $235*.
The above rate is in USD, per room, per night and exclude the resort fee and taxes.
The current applicable resort tax rate is $30 and sales tax is 16.75%, State Cost Recover Fee of 1.24%.
