    Conference fees:  

    EARLY BIRD OFFER, Register before April 21 for $ 1,095

    From April 21 onwards, the full conference fee is $1,495

    The full conference registration fee includes access to*:

    • All conference general, breakouts, panel, and roundtables sessions
    • The Demo Center, exhibits, tours, private demos, spotlight sessions, and the consultants’ corner
    • Workshops and trainings
    • Customer Advisory Boards special sessions
    • The HUG conference APP, all conference details at your fingertips
    • Breakfast – Monday through Wednesday
    • Network breaks and lunches – Monday through Wednesday, including a WIT lunch 
    • Social networking: all dinners are for adults only
      • Welcome Dinner (Monday), plus access for one adult companion
      • Texan BBQ night out (Tuesday), plus access for one adult companion

    Can’t make it all three days?  We’ve got you covered with single-day and two-day passes:
    Single - DAY PASS $695
    Two- DAY PAS $1295

    You will need to register for one or two-day attendance before May 15.
    A day pass gives access to the conference and the social activities on that day only; the same applies to a two-day pass.

     Upon confirmation of your 2025 HUG conference registration, you will receive a reservation link from the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. Please be aware that accommodation, transportation, parking, and any other related costs not specified above are your individual responsibility, and are separate from the conference registration fee.

    Conference Cancellation Policy

     

    If you have to cancel your conference attendance, please note that we do not make refunds.
    You can, however, transfer your registration to a colleague before May 10.
    If you need to use this option, please send an email to UsersGroup@honeywell.com.
