The 2025 HUG Conference fees include 21%  VAT:

From September 18 onwards, the full conference fee is 1,663.75 Euros

The full conference registration fee includes access to*:

• The onsite Demo Center, exhibits, spotlight sessions

• Workshops and training (some will be held on Monday, November 10!)
• The HUG conference APP, all conference details at your fingertips
•  Network breaks and lunches – Tuesday through Thursday
•  Social networking: the dinner is for adults only:
• Wednesday November 12 (partly offsite) Dinner at the World Forum, followed by shuttle bus transfer to the Cirque du Soleil show “KURIOUS”  (Wednesday November 12 – offsite), plus access for one adult companion

**Monday, November 10 the day before HUG starts, in addition to the conference registration pack, the following three optional CYBERSECURITY customer training sessions may be of interest to you:

1) Capture the Flag Exercise: 08:30–17.30 Monday, November 10

Put your cyber skills and cunning to task in a capture-the-flag challenge designed and run by Honeywell's OT Cybersecurity Penetration Testing team.

Capture the Flag Exercise cost per person is Euro 363.30 including 21% VAT. This training course is normally listed at Euro 1,427.80 including 21% VAT per customer.
2) Table-Top Simulation Exercise: 08:30–12.30 Monday, November 10

Participate in this active workshop to improve your cybersecurity incident response skills - before you need them in real life. Suitable to all roles.

The cost per person is Euro 241.80 including 21% VAT. This training course is normally listed at Euro 713.90 including 21% VAT.
3) NIS2 Regulations: 13:30–17:30 Monday, November 10
