Honeywell Trade-In Program

You must trade-in comparable or like devices to the identified eligible Honeywell devices.

This includes previous versions of Honeywell devices, or devices from our competitors. Our program is manufacturer agnostic, so as long as it’s similar to our Honeywell devices, you’re able to participate in our program. You can even trade-in consumer products, like smartphones and tablets.

All devices must be in working condition and meet the below criteria to be eligible in the program:

1. Mobile Computers must power on and have a readable display with no cracks or signs of physical damage. 

2. Printers must power on, have a readable display and a working printhead with no missing pixels.   

3. Devices must be on the published list of devices eligible for return.    

After trading in your old hardware, your devices become the property of Honeywell. We will wipe the devices of their old data, to ensure it is no longer accessed or capable of being used.

Security is one of our highest priorities at Honeywell. So, ensuring your data and devices are kept safe, even after you get rid of them, is critical to our Trade-In program and how we operate. 

You can trade in as many devices as you like. In fact, the more the better! There is no limit to how many devices you turn in, however the number of new Honeywell units purchased that will have free service, will be determined by the number of eligible units traded in and the corresponding number of eligible new units purchased. A 1:1 ratio of like products will be kept. 

The trade-in product must arrive at the Honeywell Processing Center at Honeywell Trade-In Program, 13509 South Point Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273 (freight prepaid) within 90-days of invoice for the new equipment.

If units are not received within 90 days of invoice for the new equipment, Honeywell reserves the right to issue a full cost invoice for service payable by the partner. The distributor will not be held responsible for any charges that cannot be recovered.

Once trade-in devices are received, the purchased Honeywell devices will be shipped to the customer shortly after.  

The Honeywell Trade-In program is running all year long, from 1/01/2022 to 12/31/2022.

So, for equipment orders to be eligible for free service, orders must be placed and shipped between 1/01/2022 and 12/31/2022.
