Fulfillment You Can Rely On
Utilizing built-in quality measures and assisted by software, transform the order fulfillment process.
More Density. More Flexibility.
Revitalize storage by expanding vertically and reduce wasted space needed for aisles.
Fill Orders with Confidence and Speed
Remove delays and mis-picks due to human error using robots and goods-to-person stations.
Autonomous Case Handling Robots, or ACRs, are designed and built to aid users in the traditionally manual operations of storing goods and fulfilling orders. ACRs are able to take on the riskier tasks of retrieving cases from racking and navigating from the storage to fulfillment areas of the facility. This allows workers at the facility to be located at goods-to-person stations, where the system delivers the cases needed to pick up to 30 orders at one time, per station.
HAIPICK equipment with Intelligrated software and support
Significantly improve storage density by using the vertical space above racking that cannot be reached by traditional AMRs. ACRs decrease the space needed for aisles as they can pull cases from either side of the aisle.
ACRS transfer parcels from storage to fulfillment stations or conveyor. The WES program directs the robots to deliver the correct tote at the right time to the right location. Multiple ACRs offer extra resiliency to the system, with the ability to continue material flow with a bot under maintenance, unlike a traditional solution.
Goods-To-Person stations offer ergonomic work areas designed to utilize quality control measures, such as parcel weight verification, to ensure order accuracy.

J.D. Logistics
In 2021 J.D. Logistics’ California location upgraded their manual processes by implementing HAI Robotics’ Autonomous Case-handling Robotic (ACR) Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to speed up order fulfillment, increase storage density, increase efficiencies, and improve inventory management. HAI Robotics’ ACRs helped J.D. Logistics almost triple the number of orders they can fulfill for Black Friday.
SF - DHL Supply Chain
HAI Robotics helped optimize storage and picking processes at the Shanghai SF DH Supply Chain location. The challenges faced at the facility included low picking efficiency and accuracy, insufficient storage capacity, system security and handling surge volumes during online shopping festivals. With HAIPICK system, inbound efficiency increased 20 times, and outbound efficiency increased 3.5 times. The project achieved average storage of 10 standard cases per square meter, increasing storage density by 80%.
WINIT
HAI Robotics deployed a fleet of 100 Autonomous Case-picking Robotic (ACR) systems in WINIT’s Tamworth, UK warehouse. At this location, HAI Robotics implemented an automated solution that increased their storage density, automated material handling workflows for maximum efficiency, and improved storage volume. The goods-handling efficiency rate for the warehouse was improved 3 to 4 times over the previously manual processes and the picking efficiency rate of operators was increased by 50%. In addition to efficiency improvements, HAI Robotics’ ACR solution improved the facility storage density by 60%.
Innovate with HAIPICK, Control with Honeywell Intelligrated
By partnering with Honeywell Intelligrated and HAI Robotics, source a complete end-to-end solution with integration capabilities for other material handling equipment. Utilize a consistent user-interface for end users, with a central place for parts and technical support for the life of the system.
