Overview
霍尼韦尔 SMART 角位移型位置传感器是最耐用、适应性最强、重量最轻的非接触式位置传感器之一，可高精度感测绝对位置。这种简单、坚固耐用的角位移型位置传感器提供 IP69K 密封封装，避免采用机械失效机构，降低了磨损和损耗，提高了可靠性和耐用度，并将停机时间降至最低。
SMART 角位移型位置传感器是一款非接触式传感解决方案，既能进行高度精确的运动控制，又能改善运行效率和安全性。此霍尼韦尔位置传感器利用磁阻技术检测一个磁体在两个可选传感范围内相对于传感器的位置：
- 0º 至 100º
- 0º 至 180º
为什么说 SMART 位置传感器 smartArc SMART 是一个能自行思考的传感器。SMART 位置传感器提供自诊断功能和数据收集功能，具有高可靠性并可实现闭环反馈控制。
这些装置采用了专用集成电路 (ASIC) 和磁阻 (MR) 传感器阵列的组合来精确并可靠地确定贴附在移动物体上的磁体的位置，以便确定或控制此对象的位置。
MR 阵列可测量沿着磁体运动方向安装的 MR 传感器的输出。利用输出和 MR 传感器序列可确定与磁体位置中心距离最近的一对 MR 传感器。然后这两个 MR 传感器的输出可用于确定它们之间的磁体位置。
