140 Series thermistors are available in a range of custom resistance values. Leads are uninsulated. They are available on tape and reel.

- Nominal resistance at [25 °F to 77 °F]: 500 Ohm, 1,000 Ohm, 3,000 Ohm, 5,000 Ohm, 10,000 Ohm, 50,000 Ohm, 100,000 Ohm
- Maximum diameter: 2,54 mm [0.1 in]
- Termination material: tinned copper
- Lead length: 38,1 mm [1.5 in]
