    Return Material Authorization

    We know your business is conducted in harsh and rugged environments where damage is possible. Honeywell provides committed turnaround times and expert technical support direct from the manufacturer. Factory certified repairs enable you to continue meeting your application requirements.

    Sensing Solutions

    Returned material must go through your Original Place of Purchase and may require a valid RMA number to be processed. Contact your distributor or dedicated Honeywell Account Manager to request RMA and be prepared to submit the following information:

    • Sales Order / Purchase Order number(s)
    • Product date code(s)
    • Detailed description(s) of alleged failure mode(s) (if defect related return request)
    • Reason for return
    • Contact information and billing / return shipment address

    Productivity

    With Productivity Solutions and Services enhanced Return Material Authorization (RMA) Portal you can create RMAs for returns. We also have functionality to support customers creating multiple RMAs (batch RMA), Advance Exchange and/or Field Service requests. Be sure to check out the available reporting options.
