제품설명
RTP 시리즈 홀 효과 회전형 위치 센서는 경쟁력 있는 비용으로 가혹한 운수 및 산업 분야에 비접촉 센싱 기능을 제공합니다.
이 제품은 자석을 센서 본체에서 분리함으로써 비접촉 감지의 수준을 한 단계 높여줍니다. 액추에이터 샤프트가 없기 때문에 반지름 방향의 힘으로 유발되는 베어링의 마모가 없습니다. 자석 자체 또는 하우징이 있는 자석으로 선택할 수 있습니다.
이 제품들은 자기적으로 편향된 홀 이펙트 통합 회로(IC)를 사용하여 설정된 작동 범위에 대한 액추에이터의 회전 운동을 감지합니다. 액추에이터가 회전하면 IC에 대한 자석의 상대적 위치가 바뀝니다. 그에 따른 유속 밀도의 변화는 선형 출력으로 변환됩니다.
IC는 조정 회로 및 보호 회로와 함께 가장 가혹한 환경에서의 내구성을 갖기 위해 IP69K 규격의 견고한 패키지에 밀봉되어 있습니다.
50°에서 360° 사이의 9개의 작동 범위가 있기 때문에 초과 행정을 방지하며 가장 일반적인 응용 분야에 사용될 수 있습니다. 저전압 및 고전압 버전은 4.5Vdc ~ 30Vdc의 입력 전압 범위를 커버합니다.
