The 2025 Honeywell Users Group (HUG) Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Conference will be held November 11-13, at the World Forum Convention Center, The Hague, The Netherlands.
It will be the 33rd annual HUG EMEA and the Customer Steering Committee is assisting in further developing the agenda.

- The 2025 HUG EMEA call for customer presentation abstracts is open until September 10.
- 2025 HUG EMEA Conference registration is open until November 3.
- 2026 HUG Americas – 50 years celebration will be held June 8 -10 in Phoenix, Arizona. The call for papers will open in January 2026.

This three-day event invites Honeywell customers from around the world to learn how businesses handle challenges in fast-paced industries.

Note: the HUG EMEA Conference registration starts on August 15.
Once your HUG conference registration is confirmed, you will receive by email three reservation links for nearby hotel options*:
- NOVOTEL Den Haag World Forum (connected to the convention center)
- Rate: € 185.20 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
- The Hague Marriott Hotel (5-minute walk)
- Rate: € 234.01 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
- LEONARDO Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade (7-minute walk)
- Rate: € 155.20 per night, this is for single occupancy, including breakfast.
*All above hotel rates include 9% local tax and €6.20 city tax, the rates are for standard rooms and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
