Overview
VF360NT、VF360ST 和 VF460S 高灵敏度锁存数字霍尔效应传感器集成电路是灵敏通用的小型装置，由永磁体或者电磁体提供的磁场进行操作。他们可对变换的南北极作出响应。VF360NT 通过北极执行，VF360ST 和 VF460S 通过南极执行。该传感器集成电路不使用霍尔元件上的斩波器稳定作用，从而提供清晰的输出信号，而且与使用斩波器稳定作用的极具竞争力的高灵敏度霍尔效应锁存传感器集成电路相比，可获得更快的锁存器响应时间。
该产品包含两种封装样式：
- VF360NT、VF360ST：超小型 SOT-23 表面安装型封装，以载带和卷盘形式提供，具有紧凑的设计并可实现自动化的器件贴装。
- VF460S：扁平 TO-92 式，直引脚批量封装，可用于紧凑印刷电路板 (PCB) 布局。

- 响应时间：霍尼韦尔传感器响应时间更快，可在无刷直流电机 (BLDC) 应用环境中实现高效。
- 不产生噪音：霍尼韦尔装置使用电阻电容 (RC) 电路，以实现斩波器稳定传感器所需的噪音抑制效果。
