Overview
SS400、SS500 系列传感器集成电路是小型通用数字霍尔效应传感器，由永磁体或者电磁体提供的磁场进行操作，用于对交替的北磁极和南磁极做出响应或只对南磁极做出响应。有双极锁存磁体和单极磁体可供选择。
带隙调节功能有助于确保 3.8 Vdc 至 30 Vdc 电源电压范围内的操作稳定。这些传感器能够实现连续的 20 mA 电流沉输出并可在最高达 50 mA 的电流下循环。其可在 3.8 V 电压下工作的能力可以用于许多潜在的低电压应用。
数字式开路集电极电流沉输出可与各种电子电路轻松对接使用。
为提供可靠的产品和保持品质一致，该系列在 25 °C [75 °F] 和 125 °C [257 °F]下均进行了测试。本系列中的所有目录产品均可在最高 150°C [302°F] 的温度下工作。
出于设计灵活性考虑，提供以下引脚和包装选项：
- 直形引脚，14.99 mm [0.59 英寸] 长（散装或卷带式成箱包装）
- 直形引脚，18,7 mm [0.735 英寸] 长（散装包装）
- 成型引脚，14,99 mm [0.59 英寸] 长（散装或卷带式成箱包装）
- SOT-89B
