Overview
SS340RT/SS440R 传感器集成电路是小型多功能的数字霍尔效应传感器，由永磁体或者电磁体所提供的磁场进行工作。它们可对单极进行响应：北极 (SS340RT) 或南极 (SS440R)。
这些单极霍尔集成电路具有三种不同的磁灵敏度可供选用，可满足各种应用：
- SS341RT 和 SS441R 提供了最高灵敏度，在 25°C [77°F] 温度下的典型工作点为 75 G。
- SS343RT 和 SS443R 提供了中等灵敏度，在 25°C [77°F] 温度下的典型工作点为 135 G。
- SS349RT 和 SS449R 提供了最低灵敏度，在 25°C [77°F] 温度下的典型工作点为 305 G。
这些传感器有两种封装类型：
- SS340RT：微型 SOT-23 表面安装型封装。
- SS440R：引脚扁平 TO-92 型封装尺寸。
SS340RT 的小尺寸需要的印刷电路板 (PCB) 空间更少，可在更小的组装中使用。其 3 Vdc 能力可以使用在低电压应用中，从而实现节能目标。
SS340RT 系列可用卷带和卷盘（每卷 3000 个）包装；SS440R 系列为散装（每袋 1000 个）。
