Overview
AWM90000 系列气体质量流量传感器采用久经时间验证的热桥技术。AWM90000 系列不仅能够提供 AWM1000 系列的许多优良性能，而且传感器采用的平台更加经济实惠。有质量流量和差压两种版本可供选择。
AWM92100V 的流量范围为 ±200 sccm，而 AWM92200V 为 ±2.0 英寸 H2O 的压差型号。
这些传感器具有 1 ms 的快速响应时间，其电源电压为 8.0 Vdc 至 15.0 Vdc，而功耗仅为 50 mV。
AWM90000 系列让客户能够自定义传感器功能，满足客户各种应用需求。
注意：产品损伤
AWM 系列微桥式气体质量流量传感器不适用于测量液体流量，液体流过传感器时会损坏传感器。
不遵守这些说明可能会导致产品受损。
