Part number: 79823C3
Gigabit Ethernet switch for a high degree of data throughput and flexibility in the central and station area. Administrable switch with 8 ports and automatic identification of the 10/100/1000 Mbps network interfaces for the wired connections, QoS control for all connections.
Fitted with two GBIC slots in shape factor “small” (SFP) for the optional fibre optic connection for Gigabit Ethernet, use as a fault-tolerant fibre optic ring. Integrated security features, such as IEEE 802.1x port-based authentication and access control lists for assuring that only authorised devices / applications have access to the LAN.
