Overview
配备内置上拉电阻的 SS360PT、SS460P 和 SS460P-T2 高灵敏度锁存霍尔效应传感器集成电路是灵敏通用的小型装置，由永磁体或者电磁体提供的磁场进行操作。他们可对变换的南北极作出响应。SS360PT 通过北极开启，SS460P 和 SS460P-T2 通过南极开启。
该产品提供了可靠的切换点，磁灵敏度一般高达 30 G。（最大 G 值 55）。该传感器集成电路不使用霍尔元件上的斩波器稳定功能，从而提供清晰的输出信号，而且与使用斩波器稳定功能且极具竞争力的高灵敏度霍尔效应锁存传感器集成电路相比，可获得更快的锁存器响应时间。
有了内部的上拉电阻，通常便不再需要外接组件，有助于进一步降低系统成本。这些性能高效且经济实惠的传感器集成电路非常适合用在要求严苛、注重成本的大批量生产应用中。这些产品提供反向极性保护，可在一定温度范围内稳定输出，可接受从 3 Vdc 到 24 Vdc 的任何直流电源电压。
对于为获得更有效率的小型设计产品而需要性能可靠一致的锁存传感器的无刷直流电机制造商而言，该产品在快速对磁场的变化做出响应以提高电机效率的同时，能够对弱磁场做出响应并具有始终如一的可重复性。
该产品包含三种封装样式：
- SS360PT：微型 SOT-23 表面安装型封装，以载带和卷盘形式提供，具有紧凑的设计并可实现自动化的器件贴装。
- SS460P：扁平 TO-92 式，直引脚批量封装，可用于紧凑印刷电路板 (PCB) 布局。
- SS460P-T2：扁平 TO-92 式，前引脚，胶带封装盒。
