Overview
霍尼韦尔的 Nanopower 系列磁阻式 (MR) 传感器集成电路是超高灵敏装置，应用范围非常广泛，适合大气隙、弱磁场和低功率要求的应用场合。
这款传感器集成电路可响应平行于传感器方向的北极或南极，不需识别磁极，从而可简化安装，并尽可能地降低系统成本。该传感器集成电路的平均电流消耗非常低，采用推挽输出，无需上拉电阻。这款传感器集成电路可在低达 1.65 V 的电源电压下工作，有利于节能。
Nanopower 系列有两种磁性敏感性配置，可满足各种应用需求：
- SM351LT：适合要求超高磁灵敏度（工作典型值 7 G，工作最大值 11 G）和超低电流消耗（典型值 360 nA）的应用场合。
- SM353LT：适合要求超高磁灵敏度（工作典型值 14 G，工作最大值 20 G）和超低电流消耗（典型值 310 nA）的应用场合。
该 Nanopower 系列磁阻传感器集成电路载带和卷盘包装（每卷 3000 个）采用微型 SOT-23 表面安装型封装，以用于自动化取放组件安装。
