제품설명
500 시리즈는 Honeywell의 NTC(부온도계수) 서미스터를 사용하는 공기/가스, 액체 및 표면 온도 탐침으로 구성된 광범위한 포트폴리오입니다. 서미스터는 개선된 감도로 인해 가스, 액체 또는 고체의 온도를 감지하는 데 매우 효과적일 수 있습니다.
작고 설치가 쉬운 탐침 어셈블리는 매질 내의 서미스터 소자들을 지지하고 배치하여 서미스터가 사용 중이나 취급 시 손상을 입지 않도록 모니터링할 뿐만 아니라 이를 보호합니다. 또한 어셈블리는 정확한 온도 감지를 위해 직접적인 열 또는 액체 유량이 서미스터에 균일하게 흐르도록 도와줍니다.
500 시리즈 제품의 개선된 신뢰도, 정확도 및 안정성으로 고객은 온도 모니터링과 제어를 더욱 유연하게 할 수 있습니다. -60 °C ~ 300 °C[-76 °F ~ 572 °F]에 이르는 넓은 작동 온도 범위는 적용 분야에 융통성을 더합니다.
500 시리즈는 하우징의 스타일과 소재, R-T(저항-온도) 곡선, 장착 방법, 기계적 인터페이스, 전기적 인터페이스 및 커넥터 유형이 다양하므로 대부분의 적용 분야에 적합합니다. 맞춤형 구성과 더불어 기존의 다양한 디자인으로 이용 가능합니다.
Honeywell은 또한 RTD(저항 온도 탐지기) 기술을 제공하고, 이 기술은 NTC 서미스터 출력 대신 RTD 선형 출력을 요구할 수 있는 유사한 응용 분야용 탐침 어셈블리의 일부로 패키징될 수 있습니다.
