CMS ESPA license enables a communication process for serial RS232 communication with 3rd party systems.
Connected systems such as firealarms, nursecall systems, hospital systems or builiding management systems could all be integrated directly towards the CMS.
CMS ESPA provides a 2-way communication process, allowing sending and receiving alarms on the same physical interface. This 2-way interface requires normally special implemented software from the 3rd party system.
The license enables for 1 serial COM port to be used as ESPA interface (CMS management interface has 3 available com ports in the global configuration).
