製品概要
ハネウェルのサブミニチュア圧力トランスデューサの全製品ラインは、100psi～15000psi の圧力範囲を正確に測定します。これらゲージのみ、サブミニチュア圧力トランスデューサは高固有振動数で、17-4 PH ステンレススチールで製造のフラッシュダイヤフラムを使用しています。温度補正はトランスデューサの内側に配置されている温度感受性のコンポーネントを使って実現します。これらトランスデューサにはリード線内に、小さな電気ゼロバランス回路基板があります（およそ 1 in x 0.087 in 厚さ）。このバランスボードの温度はトランスデューサと同じである必要はありません。すべてのトランスデューサはホイートストンブリッジ構造にしっかりと結合された4つ（4）の歪みゲージが配置されています。
