製品概要
モデル434/435/437 ウイングユニオン/ハンマーユニオン圧力センサは、高度技術が要求される石油ガスアプリケーションのほか、刺激/循環装置向けにも設計されています。全溶接のステンレススチール製アセンブリで、センサダイヤフラムとウイングユニオン取付具を単一パーツとして備えているため、多数の部品からなる製品と比べると、密閉された完成品として媒体の漏れの危険性を低減します。絶縁された受圧ダイヤフラムはハンマーアップ中にゼロ点移動を最小限にし、フィールドの長期的な信号ドリフトを除去します。Weco® 1502、2002、2202 ウイングユニオン対応の取付具はInconel® X-750またはNACE対応Inconel® 718をベースに作製され、摩耗性と腐食性の高い媒体の使用を可能にします。ハネウェルの独自ステンレススチール電気接続は二次圧力抑制の強化に役立っています。強い衝撃や振動にも耐え得る特殊な工程を経て組み立てられており、現場でより信頼性の高い性能を発揮します。
