製品概要
AWM2000シリーズなどデュアルホイートストンブリッジは、エアフローの測定を制御します。AWM3000シリーズは、増幅処理を行います。ゲインを増やし、センサ出力に電圧オフセットを導入するために使用できます。ヒーター制御回路およびセンシングブリッジ給電回路は、基板上にパッケージ化されています。

AWMシリーズMicrobridgeマスエアフローセンサは液体流量の検知用ではないため、液体がセンサを通過すると損傷を受ける可能性があります。
