Honeywell 7200JP Series half facepiece respirator

7200LJP Series half mask is a single filtering facepiece respiratory protective equipment developed by Honeywell with JIS T8151:2018 & JIS T8152:2012 certification. The product adopts the most advanced liquid silicone rubber (LSR) over molding process, 37o rotating installation mode (patent) to replace the particle filter holder/gas cartridge and 360o rotationally adjustable head frame. 72001-100JP organic vapor(OV) cartridge is used to protect organic gas/vapor.

The product adopts imported high-quality coconut shell activated carbon with high adsorption efficiency and large adsorption capacity. The cartridge shell and cover are made of ABS material with good mechanical strength. And 72001-100JP cartridge needs to be used with the Honeywell 7200JP Series half mask. Honeywell 72S2JP particulate pre-filter is used for protection against dust and toxic particulates according to the JIS T8152:2012.  The 72S2JP pre-filter should be used in conjunction with approved Honeywell 7200JP series half mask, 72001-100JP cartridge and 720027JP filter cover.

72RS2JP particle filter is constituted of five layers of filter materials and is used to filter particles. 72RS2JP particle filter shall be used together with Honeywell 7200JP serial half mask and 72CVJP filter holder
