    Introducing the new IF Design Award-winning Transnorm Sorter Cartridge TS 4810 a highly scalable and compact sorting solution designed for maximum flexibility and performance. With its dual-sided sorting capability from -60° to +60°, it efficiently handles a wide range of items - delivering dynamic distribution of over 8,000 units per hour.

    Built for easy integration, the TS 4810 is ideal for diverse operational environments. Its modular design allows for straight forward scaling and supports reversible operations to further boost adaptability. The Sorter Cartridge is engineered for low maintenance: components are easily accessible from the top and can be individually removed for quick and simplified service.

    Meet the New SMARTSORT® Compact Sorter TS 4800 C

    The Transnorm Compact Sorter TS 4800 C is a space-saving, standardized distribution conveyor featuring electric swivel bars and central drive. Engineered for high-speed operation, it delivers dynamic sortation performance of over 8,000 packaging units per hour — thanks to individually controlled swivel bars and ultra-short swivel cycles.

     

    With its compact design and reduced roller pitch, the TS 4800 C is perfectly suited for handling small, lightweight, and flexible items — even in highly confined spaces. The newly optimized swivel bar cover meets the highest safety standards by preventing goods from being pulled in. PU-coated rollers ensure a secure grip on all items, providing reliable handling even after unexpected system stops. Maintenance is equally efficient: the lateral tangential drive features a transparent cover for quick inspection, and the modular swivel bar units can be accessed and replaced from above for simplified servicing.
