Board Mount Pressure Unamplifed
Compact sensors with broad pressure ranges temperature compensation, wide operating temperature spans, multiple mounting form factors, and compatibility with non-corrosive media.
Honeywell unamplified board-mount pressure sensors leverage proven piezoresistive silicon technology to deliver a ratio metric millivolt output, offering designers maximal control over signal conditioning, calibration, and compensation. These sensors including both temperature-compensated and uncompensated variants span wide pressure ranges from ultra-low levels (just a few millibars) up to tens of bars, while operating across broad temperature conditions. Despite their compact form factors, they deliver infinite resolution and industry-leading stability and accuracy, commonly better than ±0.15 %FSS BFSL, enabling ultra-precise pressure measurement in demanding environments. These raw-output sensors are particularly valuable in applications demanding tight integration and custom calibration strategies, such as medical devices (e.g. patient monitors, oxygen concentrators, spirometers), analytical instruments, and industrial automation systems. The uncompensated versions allow system designers to apply bespoke error correction and temperature compensation algorithms to maximize performance, while the compensated variants reduce system design complexity by providing temperature stability out of the box.
