제품설명
모델 A-105 게이지 압력 트랜스듀서는 일체형 17-4 PH 스테인레스강, 습식 다이어프램으로 제조됩니다. 이러한 유형의 설계의 장점은 얇은 다이어프램과 무거운 측벽이 하나의 스테인레스강으로 만들어졌다는 것입니다. 이 일체형 다이어프램은 견고하지만 동시에 낮은 압력을 측정할 수 있을 만큼 얇게 만들 수 있습니다.
사용 가능한 압력 범위는 100psig ~ 15,000psig에 걸쳐 있습니다. 이러한 모델은 부식성 유액 환경에서 사용될 수 있습니다. 모델 A-105는 트랜스듀서의 통합 부분으로써 용접되는 전기 커넥터가 있으며 거친 취급이 수반되는 응용 분야 또는 전체 용접되는 스테인리스강 트랜스듀서가 필요한 응용 분야에 권장됩니다. 모든 장치에는 휘트스톤 브리지 구성으로 배열되는 (4)개의 활성 접착 스트레인 게이지가 있습니다.
