Honeywell의 PX2 시리즈 헤비듀티 압력 트랜스듀서는 구성 가능한 압력 센서 포트폴리오로, 스테인리스 하우징에서 ASIC(특정 용도용 집적 회로) 신호 조정을 포함한 압전 센싱 기술을 사용합니다. PX2 시리즈는 온보드 ASIC을 사용하여 오프셋, 감도, 온도 효과 및 비선형성에 대해 완벽하게 교정 및 보정됩니다. 이 트랜스듀서는 절대, 밀폐형 게이지 또는 벤트형 게이지 압력을 측정합니다. 절대 버전은 절대 압력에 비례하는 내부 진공 기준 및 출력 값을 갖고, 밀폐형 게이지 버전은 해수면에서 1기압의 내부 압력 기준을 갖고, 벤트형 게이지 버전은 주변 압력과 관련된 압력을 측정합니다. 이 제품은 RoHS를 준수하며 ISO 9001 표준에 따라 설계 및 제조됩니다.
PX2 시리즈는 다음 세 가지 압력 범위에서 사용할 수 있습니다:
- 1bar ~ 70bar
- 100kPa ~ 7MPa
- 15psi ~ 1000psi

- 매체 호환성: R410A 및 R134A와 같은 일반 HFC(하이드로플루오르카본) 냉매, R448A(Solstice® N40), R32 및 R1234ZE와 같은 낮은 지구 온난화 지수(GWP)의 차세대 냉매, 엔진 오일, 석유 기반 유압유, DOT 3 브레이크 유액 및 건조 공기. 암모니아 및 기타 부식성 매질의 경우, Honeywell의 SPT 시리즈를 참조하십시오.
- 향상된 내구성: PX2 시리즈는 가혹한 환경에서 작동할 수 있으며 주로 HVAC/R 및 에어 컴프레서 응용 분야에서 사용됩니다. 이 센서는 최소 1천만 회의 압력 사이클에서 견딜 수 있으며 최대 IP69K의 침투 보호 등급을 갖고 있습니다.
