제품설명
Honeywell의 VM 시리즈 이방성 자기 저항(AMR) 통합 회로(IC) 제품군은 (특허 출원 중인) 고유한 브리지 설계 및 구성을 사용하여 링 자석 엔코더 타겟의 속도와 방향을 감지하도록 설계되었습니다. 3가지 제품에는 변속기, 엔진 크랭크, 휠 속도 측정, 통합 베어링 및 씰의 속도, 속도 및 위치 검지, 펌프, 모터 및 압축기의 샤프트 속도 측정에 사용되는 2핀 및 4핀 AMR 센서가 포함됩니다.
이러한 제품들은 유연성을 높이도록 설계되었으며 대부분의 마운팅 구성 유형에서 사용될 수 있습니다.
Honeywell의 고유 솔루션은 포화 상태의 AMR 브리지를 활용하여 시스템이 진동, 갑작스런 에어갭 변경 또는 타겟 고갈 상태일 때도 복잡하고 엄청난 규모의 보정 알고리즘 없이 보다 안정적인 출력 반응을 제공합니다.
AMR 신호는 민감도가 홀 이펙트 센서 IC보다 크고, 작동 범위에서 상승된 지터를 유발할 수 있는 자동 이득 제어나 초퍼 안정화가 필요하지 않습니다.

- ISO26262 ASIL-B(D) 준수*
- AEC-Q100H 등급 0 인증*
