제품설명
VF526DT 양극 래칭, 이중 홀 이펙트 디지털 위치 센서에는 단일 통합 회로 칩에 두 개의 홀 감지 소자가 정확하게 1,4mm[0.055in] 간격으로 위치해 있습니다. 소자들은 열경화성 주조 재질로 둘러쌓여 있습니다.
두 개의 액티브 홀 래치는 패키지 표면을 가로지르는 자기 구배(예: 회전 링 자석)의 속도 및 방향을 표시합니다.
소형 4핀 SOT-89B 패키지는 PC(인쇄 회로) 보드 및 플렉서블 회로의 표면에 장착되어 있습니다. VF526DT̵7의 내장형 온도 보정 기능을 이용해 저비용 자석의 온도 계수를 맞추도록 설계되어 있기 때문에 신뢰도가 높고 센서 자기의 조합이 비용 효율적입니다.
고유한 조절기 회로는 3.4Vdc ~ 24Vdc의 공급 전압으로 매우 안정적인 작동을 제공합니다. 버퍼링이나 보상 회로 없이 많은 전자 부품과 직접 인터페이스할 수 있습니다.
