제품설명
SS361RT 및 SS461R은 소형의 다용도 디지털 홀 이펙트 센서 IC로서, 영구 자석 또는 전자기의 자기장에 의해 작동되며 N극과 S극에 교차로 반응하도록 설계되었습니다. SS361RT는 N극에 의해 켜지며, SS461R은 S극에 의해 켜집니다.
이 래칭 디지털 홀 이펙트 센서 IC는 일반적으로 25°C[77°F]에서 보통 50G에 불과한 수준으로 감도가 향상되어 주로 저렴한 자석 또는 넓은 에어갭에 사용할 수 있습니다. 역극성 보호 및 150°C[302°F] 용량을 보유한 견고한 IC 설계를 제공합니다.
이 제품들은 다음의 두 가지 패키지 스타일로 제공됩니다.
- SS361RT: 포켓 테이프와 릴에 초소형 SOT-23 표면실장 패키지는 구성품 배치가 자동화되는 소형 설계가 가능합니다.
- SS461R: 소형 PC 보드 레이아웃이 가능한 대용량 패키지에 직선 리드가 포함된 플랫 TO-92-스타일 패키지입니다.
