제품설명
내장형 풀업 저항기가 포함된 SS360PT, SS460P 및 SS460P-T2 고감도 래칭 홀 이펙트 센서 IC는 소형 민감형 다목적 장치로, 영구 자석 또는 전자기의 자기장으로 작동합니다. N극과 S극에 교대로 반응하도록 설계됐습니다. SS460P 및 SS460P-T2는 S극으로 켜지는 반면, SS360PT는 N극으로 켜집니다.
이 제품은 보통 30 Gauss의 고자기 감도를 보유한 신뢰도 높은 스위칭점을 제공합니다 (최대 55가우스). 홀 소자에 초퍼 안정화를 이용하기 않기 때문에 초퍼 안정화를 이용하는 경쟁사의 고감도 홀 이펙트 래칭 센서와 비교했을 때 깨끗한 출력 신호와 더 빠른 래칭 반응 시간을 보입니다.
내부 풀업 저항으로 주로 외부 부품이 필요하지 않기 때문에 시스템 비용이 절감됩니다. 이 고성능 경제적 센서 IC는 요구가 많은 비용 민감성 고용량 분야에 아주 적합합니다. 이 제품들은 역극성 보호를 제공하고, 폭넓은 온도 범위에서 안정적인 출력을 생성하고, 3Vdc~24Vdc의 dc 공급 전압으로 작동합니다.
좀 더 효율적이고 소형 설계에 신뢰도 높고 일관적인 성능을 가진 래칭 센서가 필요한 브러시리스 dc 모터 제조업체를 위해 이 제품은 저자기장에 반응하고 더 높은 모터 효율성을 위해 자기장의 변화에 더 빨리 반응하는 동시에 일관적인 반복성을 제공합니다.
이 제품들은 세 가지 패키지 스타일로 제공됩니다.
- SS360PT: 자동화 부품 배치에 소형 설계가 가능한 포켓 테이프 앤 릴에 공급되는 소형 SOT-23 표면 장착 패키지.
- SS460P: 소형 PC 보드 레이아웃이 가능한 대용량 패키지에 직선 리드가 포함된 플랫 TO-92-스타일 패키지입니다.
- SS460P-T2: 아모팩 테이프-인-박스에 성형 리드가 포함된 플랫 TO-92-스타일 패키지.
