제품설명
SS360NT, SS360ST, SS360ST-10K, SS460S, SS460S-T2, SS460S-T3 및 SS460S-LP 고감도 래칭 디지털 홀 효과 센서 IC는 영구 자석이나 전자기의 자기장으로 작동되는 소형의 고감도 다목적 장치입니다. N극과 S극에 교대로 반응하도록 설계됐습니다. SS360ST, SS460S, SS460S-T2 및 SS460S-LP는 S극으로 켜지는 반면, SS360NT는 N극으로 켜집니다.
이 센서 IC는 보통 30G의 고자기 감도와 함께 신뢰할 수 있는 스위칭점을 제공합니다(55G 최대). 홀 소자에 초퍼 안정화를 이용하기 않기 때문에 초퍼 안정화를 이용하는 경쟁사의 고감도 홀 이펙트 래칭 센서와 비교했을 때 깨끗한 출력 신호와 더 빠른 래칭 반응 시간을 보입니다.
이 제품들은 역극성 보호를 제공하고 -40°C~150°C 온도 범위에서 안정된 출력을 전달하며 3Vdc~24Vdc의 dc 공급 전압을 수용할 수 있습니다.
좀 더 효율적이고 소형 설계에 신뢰도 높고 일관적인 성능을 가진 래칭 센서가 필요한 브러시리스 dc 모터 제조업체를 위해 Honeywell 고감도 홀 이펙트 래칭 디지털 센서 IC는 저자기장에 반응하고 더 높은 모터 효율성을 위해 자기장의 변화에 더 빨리 반응하는 동시에 일관적인 반복성을 제공합니다.
