    SS345PT/SS445P 센서는 소형의 다용도 디지털 홀 이펙트 장치로서, 영구 자석 또는 전자기의 자기장에 의해 작동하며 단일 N극(SS345PT) 또는 S극(SS445P)에 반응하도록 설계되었습니다.

    이 단극 센서는 광범위한 응용 가능 분야의 요구조건을 충족하도록 설계되었습니다. 내부 풀업 저항기는 주로 외부 부품이 필요 없기 때문에 추가적으로 시스템 비용을 절감해 줍니다. 이 경제적인 단극 센서는 단순하고 고용량이며 비용에 민감한 위치 및 움직임 감지 응용 분야에 적합합니다.

    2.7Vdc ~ 7Vdc 공급 전압 범위로 장치를 저전압 분야에 사용할 수 있습니다. SS345PT의 초소형 구조는 PCB(인쇄 회로판) 공간을 더 적게 차지하므로 소형 어셈블리에 사용될 수 있습니다.

    이 센서는 2가지 패키지 스타일로 제공됨: 초소형 SOT-23 표면 장착 패키지의 SS345PT 및 리드형 플랫 TO-92-스타일 패키지의 SS445P.

    SS345PT는 테이프 앤 릴(릴당 3000개)로 제공되며 SS445P는 대용량 패키지(백당 1000개)로 제공됩니다.
