    SS340RT/SS440R 시리즈 센서 IC는 소형의 다용도 디지털 홀 이펙트 장치로서, 영구 자석 또는 전자기의 자기장에 의해 작동됩니다. 이 제품은 단극, 즉 북쪽(SS340RT) 또는 남쪽(SS440R).

    이 단극 홀 IC는 광범위한 잠재적 응용 분야를 충족할 수 있도록 다음 세 가지 자기 민감도로 공급됩니다.

    • SS341RT 및 SS441R은 25°C[77°F]에서 일반 작동점이 75G로 민감도가 가장 높습니다.
    • SS343RT 및 SS443R은 25°C[77°F]에서 일반 작동점이 135G로 민감도가 중간 수준입니다.
    • SS349RT 및 SS449R은 25°C[77 °F]에서 일반 작동점이 305G로 민감도가 가장 낮습니다.
    이 센서들은 두 가지 패키지 스타일, 즉
    • SS340RT: 소형 SOT-23 표면 장착 패키지.
    • SS440R: 리드형, 플랫 TO-92-스타일 패키지

    SS340RT의 소형 사이즈는 PC 보드의 공간을 적게 차지하므로 더 작은 어셈블리에 사용될 수 있습니다. 3Vdc 용량으로 저전압 응용 분야에서 이용이 가능하여 에너지 효율성을 촉진합니다.

    SS340RT 시리즈는 테이프 앤 릴(릴당 3000개)로 제공되며 SS440R 시리즈는 대용량 패키지(백당 1000개)로 제공됩니다.
