제품설명
Honeywell 기본 TBF 시리즈 힘 센서는 매질 호환성 및 낮은 포집량이 중요한 응용환경을 위한 단순한 장치가 필요한 고객들을 위해 설계된 소형 플러시 다이아프램 압력 센서입니다. 기본 TBF 시리즈는 다이어프램 높이가 정밀하게 제어되므로 주입 펌프와 같이 유연막에 의해 센서에 힘이 적용되는 분야에서 제품의 유용성을 높여줍니다.
이 센서는 내부 비증폭 센서이기 때문에 무한 분해능을 제공하고 베어 센서 출력에서 최대 분해능을 사용하기 위해 고객이 자체적으로 증폭할 수 있도록 함으로써 해당 분야에 필요한 모든 알고리즘을 활용할 수 있습니다. 이 센서는 내부적으로 온도 보정되고 교정됩니다.
고객에게 제공되는 가치
- 동급에서 패키지 크기가 가장 작기 때문에(7mm x 7mm x 3.89mm) 밀집된 PCB 상에 쉽게 배치할 수 있습니다.
- 가장 넓은 압력(1bar ~ 10bar | 100kPa ~ 1MPa | 15psi ~ 150psi)으로 최적의 압력 범위를 선택하여 감도를 극대화할 수 있습니다.
- 다양한 차압 범위는 분해능과 시스템 정확도를 향상시킴
- ±0.15 %FSS의 엄격한 정확도 사양으로 사용자에게 응용 분야에서 향상된 정확도를 제공합니다.
