1865 시리즈는 고성능 트랜스듀서로 의료 및 특수 OEM 분야의 요구사항에 부응하여 특별히 설계됐습니다. 이 제품은 레이저 절삭 보정을 통해 정전류 또는 전압 공급으로 작동하도록 지정할 수 있습니다.
이 제품은 플라스틱 패키지에 장착된 반도체를 이용한 압전저항체 압력 트랜스듀서를 이용합니다. 주입 펌프 등과 같이 유연막으로 센서에 힘을 가하는 응용 분야에서, 정밀한 높이 실리콘 다이어프램은 긴 수명을 제공하고 오랜 힘 또는 로드셀 트랜스듀서의 신뢰할 수 있는 대안입니다. 실리콘 고무 다이어프램을 이용하기 때문에 이 제품은 일부 액체 매질 응용 분야와 호환됩니다.
1865 시리즈를 사용하면 중환자용 의료 기기에서 폐색 압력 또는 침윤 감지와 같은 중요한 안전 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 압력 데이터는 의료진에게 환자의 순환계통의 상태에 관한 유용한 진단 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이 힘/압력 트랜스듀서는 시린지 펌프 등의 기타 의료 투여 장치와 함께 사용되어 안전성과 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
