제품설명
AWM700 시리즈 마이크로브리지 공기유량 센서는 인라인 유량 측정과 더불어 특수 설계된 바이패스 유량 하우징을 제공합니다. 센서는 최고 200SLPM(분당 표준 리터)까지 유량을 측정하며 동시에 평균 1" H2O의 압력 강하를 유도합니다. AWM700은 소형 패키지로 고유량 범위를 측정할 수 있습니다.
이 센서의 반응 시간은 6ms이고 10Vdc를 공급해야 하지만 전력 소비는 60mW밖에 안됩니다. 소형 플라스틱 패키지는 성능의 저하 없이 25psi의 과압을 견딥니다. 스냅인 AMP 호환 가능 커넥터로 연결 신뢰성이 높습니다.
또한 휴대 장치와 배터리 구동 분야용으로 적합합니다. AWM700 시리즈 센서는 의료용 환기 시장, 의료 및 분석 계측기 응용 분야에서 사용할 수 있도록 입증된 신뢰도, 높은 정확성 및 정밀 작동 특성이 조합된 제품입니다.
수명 기간 동안 높은 정확도를 제공하기 때문에 재교정의 필요성이 거의 없습니다. AWM700 센서 회로는 증폭 및 온도 보상을 수행합니다.
주의: 제품 손상
AWM 시리즈 Microbridge Mass 공기유량 센서는 액체 유량 감지용으로 설계되지 않았으므로 센서를 통과하는 액체에 의해 손상될 수 있습니다.
