인라인 유량 측정
AWM5000 시리즈 마이크로브리지 질량 유량 센서는 벤투리 타입 유량 하우징을 특징으로 합니다. 이 센서들은 최대 압력 강하 2.25" H2O를 유발하는 동시에 20 분당 기준 리터(SLPM)까지 유량을 측정합니다. 마이크로브리지 칩은 유량 스트림과 직접 접촉되므로, 오리피스나 우회 채널 막힘으로 인한 오류의 가능성을 상당히 줄여줍니다.
견고한 다용도 패키지
견고한 플라스틱 패키지는 공통 모드 압력을 최대 50psi까지 견디도록 설계되었으며 소형 센싱 소자는 성능 저하 없이 100g의 충격을 견딜 수 있습니다. 포함된 "AMP" 호환 커넥터는 까다로운 응용 분야에서 신뢰할 수 있는 연결을 제공합니다.
온보드 신호 조정
각 AWM5000 센서는 증폭, 선형화, 온도 보상 및 가스 교정을 수행하는 회로를 포함합니다. 유량 범위(5, 10, 15 또는 20SLPM) 또는 교정 가스(질소, 이산화탄소, 이산화질소 또는 아르곤)에 상관없이 모든 목록에 대해 1 ~ 5Vdc 선형 출력이 가능합니다. 모든 교정은 활성 레이저로 이뤄집니다.
주의: 제품 손상
AWM 시리즈 Microbridge Mass 공기유량 센서는 액체 유량 감지용으로 설계되지 않았으므로 센서를 통과하는 액체에 의해 손상될 수 있습니다.
