    AWM2000 시리즈 마이크로브리지 공기유량 센서는 두 개의 Wheatstone 브리지로 구성된 수동 장치입니다. 사양에 따라 작동하려면 히터 제어 회로가 필요합니다. 사양에 따라 작동하려면 감지 브리지 공급 회로도 필요합니다. 이 두 회로는 패키지에 탑재되어 있지 않기 때문에 응용 분야에서 제공되어야 합니다. 차동 증폭기는 감지 브리지에 유용한 인터페이스입니다. 센서 출력에 이득과 전압 오프셋을 도입하는 데 이용될 수 있습니다.

    주의: 제품 손상

    AWM 시리즈 Microbridge Mass 공기유량 센서는 액체 유량 감지용으로 설계되지 않았으므로 센서를 통과하는 액체에 의해 손상될 수 있습니다.

    이 지침을 준수하지 않을 경우 제품 손상이 발생할 수 있습니다.
