Software module as basic software for unidirectional data coupling of a fire detection system (FDS) to a Systevo Call Ackermann call system via FAT 3000 (ESPA 4.4.4.). As a media gateway, the software module implements incoming data information of the FDS into call information for further processing (e.g. display) in the call system.
Configuration of the necessary display texts in FAT, which are transmitted in clear text (coming and going message), as will as the option of allocating unique ID codes in the call system.
Received messages of the FDS are passed on for secondary alerting to the call system and to other system software, e.g. a graphic user interface.
Requirements:
- Operating computer with available RS232 serial interface
- FAT3000 or FAT with compatible communication protocol ESPA 4.4.4.
- BMA-System, which supports the FAT3000
- Serial connection cable
Additional information
The restrictions of the respective systems are to be taken into consideration. Inspection of hardware-software compatibility required!
