製品概要
ハネウェルのPX3シリーズのヘビーデューティ圧力トランスデューサは、真ちゅう製ハウジングおよびMetri-Pack 150、DIN、またはケーブル ハーネスの電気接続にASIC（特定用途向け集積回路）信号調整を備えた圧電抵抗検出技術を使用しています。PX3シリーズは、-40 °C～125 °C [-40 °F～257 °F]の温度範囲で校正・温度補正されています。
PX3シリーズには、次の2つの圧力範囲があります。
- 1bar～50bar
- 15psi～700psi

- トータルエラーバンド（総合精度）（TEB） -20°C〜85°Cの温度範囲で±1.0 %FSS：特定の温度範囲でトランスデューサの真の測定性能を示します。誤差が小さいので、システムの稼働時間と効率が向上します。
- 高絶縁抵抗および誘導強度：利用者とセンサの過電圧状況を保護し、デバイスが業界標準に準拠するようにします。
- 高EMC性能：近くの無線信号やRF通信、電気装置など、電磁場の存在で確実に操作します。
- 外部凍結/融解抵抗性：一般に冷却装置に見られる霜への暴露でも存続。
- 低減された消費電力：エネルギーコストの低減に役立ち、電池式電動システムで使用した場合に製品のライフサイクルを向上。
- 溶媒との適合性: 一般的なHFC（ヒドロフルオロカーボン）系冷却剤（R410AやR134A）、次世代低地球温暖化係数（GWP）冷却材（R448A/Solstice® N40、R32、R1234ZE）、エンジンオイル、石油系作動油、ブレーキ液（DOT3）、乾燥空気。アンモニアやその他の腐食媒体については、ハネウェルのSPTシリーズを参照してください。
