Overview
A linha Sensepoint de detectores de gases inflamáveis, tóxicos e oxigênio oferece aos usuários uma solução de alta qualidade a custo baixo para suas necessidades de monitoramento de gás industrial.A instalação em ambientes potencialmente explosivos é feita pelo uso de uma caixa de junção Exd ou Exe aprovada.As saídas com padrão do setor do Sensepoint são conectadas ou a uma opção de controladores Honeywell Analytics ou a sistemas DCS/PLC de terceiros.Ambas as versões inflamável e tóxico são certificadas pelo padrões europeus de segurança e desempenho ATEX mais recentes.
O detector de inflamáveis está disponível nas versões das linhas % LIE ou PPM e fornece uma saída de ponte de mV padrão do setor.°A expectativa típica de tempo de vida útil é maior que 5 anos, após os quais o detector é simplesmente substituído por um novo.
Os detectores de tóxicos são fornecidos pré-calibrados para fácil instalação e fornecem uma saída de loop de 2 fios de 4-20 mA padrão do setor.As conexões de usuários são Exd, e o design da extremidade inicial de segurança intrínseca (IS, Intrinsic Safety) permite troca fácil de sensor substituível enquanto energizado.O projeto IS também elimina a necessidade de sinterização, permitindo reação e detecção muito rápida de gases "pegajosos'', tais como cloro e amônia.
