Introducing the Honeywell Workforce Competency Program
The Honeywell Workforce Competency Program is an innovative, subscription-based training initiative designed to empower learners to excel in their roles and maximize individual workforce efficiency. Unlike traditional training models, which function as open-loop systems that conclude with a single assessment to measure knowledge acquisition, our Workforce Competency Training model operates as a closed-loop system.
Comprehensive Learning Journey
The program begins with an engaging learning session that features hands-on training with our products. This immersive approach ensures that participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge effectively. During the Training devices and systems working theory and principles will be extensively covered in addition to practical activities and quizzes.
Continuous Assessment
Following the initial training, a thorough assessment evaluates the candidates’ comprehension of various key parameters, including product theory fundamentals, device/system operation and many others. Each trainee receives a detailed evaluation report based on their performance in these competency areas. The report will be used as reference for developing further upskill training sessions.
Targeted Competency Levels
Specific competency targets can be established for each individual. If a participant does not reach the predetermined level, an Upskill Session will be provided, offering an additional opportunity for improvement. This closed-loop system will allow individual skills development and planning of individual development plans.
Re-assessment Opportunity
After the Upskill Session, students can be re-assessed, and if necessary, their competency reports will be updated to reflect their progress. The updated competency report will be a representative document of student’s skills growth and effectiveness of the individual development plan.
Dedicated Support Services
Maintenance Assist: Maintenance Assist is Honeywell's cutting-edge Generative AI digital assistant, designed to simplify complex systems and empower personnel to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical assets with ease and efficiency.
Connect with Expert: After training completion the Connect with Expert service is available. This service allows the Student to have a high priority call with Honeywell Expert.
Guided Journey: To ensure our trainees receive the best possible guidance, an additional support system, comprising various support services, is available. This service will help in scheduling and planning upcoming training and upskills sessions.
Flexible Subscription Plans
Three different plans are available for subscription, no limit on numbers of training programs that can be added to a plan, all three plans can be subscribed.
