PM500 Series Procedure Mask with headband
This pleated procedure mask features an upper and lower headband made of soft material for optimum comfort, even when worn for long durations required in an industrial environments and other applications. Available in two ASTM 2100 Levels, 1 and 3, for use in industrial and other settings where source control is desired.

This product has not been FDA cleared or approved. It has been authorized for use under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for use in healthcare settings by healthcare professionals to provide a physical barrier to fluids and particulate materials to prevent exposure to respiratory droplets during surgical mask shortages. This product is not intended to replace the use of FDA-cleared surgical masks or FDA-cleared or authorized respirators.

- ASTM Level 1 provides ≥95% efficiency for bacterial and particulate filtration.
- ASTM Level 3 provides ≥98% efficiency for bacterial and particulate filtration.
- Class 1 flammability (16 CFR Part 1610)
- 3-ply material with pleats pulls down easily to fully cover under the chin, minimizing gaps.
- Pliable nose wire forms over the nose and cheek area for a better fit.
- Compliant with Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 2533a), meeting requirements for 100% U.S. made by the Defense Department and other U.S. Federal Government bureaus.
