제품설명
Honeywell의 마이크로 스위치 CPS 시리즈 케이블 풀 안전 스위치는 즉각적인 확인이 가능한 비상 정지 신호를 제공하므로 여러 개의 안전 스위치 푸시버튼을 사용하는 경우와 비교할 때 보다 비용 효율적입니다. CPS 시리즈 케이블 풀 안전 스위치의 내부 메커니즘은 느슨한 말단 케이블(푸시) 및 풀 케이블 모두에서 잠깁니다.
1CPS 시리즈는 케이블 길이가 75 m[250 ft] 이하인 적용 분야에 사용하도록 설계되었습니다. 이 제품은 자동화된 시스템에 일반적인 짧은 배선 또는 구역 보호를 위한 경제적인 솔루션입니다. 2CPS 시리즈는 창고에서 사용되는 긴 컨베이어 라인과 같은 최대 152 m[500 ft]의 매우 긴 케이블 배선에 사용하도록 설계되었습니다.
케이블 장력 창의 중간점에 있는 선이 케이블 장력이 올바름을 표시하므로 설치가 간편합니다. 직접 개방 스위치 접점은 구동 케이블이 올바른 장력 상태이며 재설정 손잡이가 RUN 위치에 설정되었을 때 닫힌 상태를 유지합니다. 구동 케이블이 당겨지거나 느슨해지거나 절단되면 캠이 능동적으로 NC(상시 폐쇄) 스위치 접점을 개방합니다.
스냅액션 작동은 케이블이 당겨지거나 느슨해지거나 절단되는 것과 거의 동시에 스위치 접점의 상태를 변경하고 기계적으로 래칭 동작을 수행합니다. NC 스위치 접점은 올바른 케이블 장력이 회복되고 수동으로 재설정 손잡이를 돌려 CPS가 재설정될 때까지 개방 상태를 유지합니다.
직접 개방 스위치 접점이 개방될 때 보조 접점도 구동됩니다(개방 접점 폐쇄). 보조 접점은 직접 개방 스위치 접점과 전기적으로 절연되어 있습니다. 이 NO(상시 개방) 접점은 모니터링 및 시그널링에 사용될 수 있습니다.
