제품설명
Honeywell의 나노파워 시리즈 자기저항(MR) 센서 IC는 큰 공극, 작은 자기장 및 저전력 요구조건을 가진 광범위한 분야에 응용되도록 설계된 초감도 장치입니다.
이 센서 IC는 센서에 평행한 방향으로 적용된 N극 또는 S극에 반응합니다. 자기의 극성을 식별할 필요가 없어 설치가 단순하고 잠재적으로 시스템 비용을 절감합니다. 평균 전류 소비량이 아주 적고 풀업 저항기가 필요하지 않은 푸시풀 출력을 생성합니다. 센서 IC는 1.65V만큼 낮은 공급 전압으로 작동하기 때문에 에너지 효율을 촉진합니다.
나노파워 시리즈는 두 가지 자기 감도로 출시되어 다양한 응용 분야의 요구사항을 수용합니다:
- SM351LT: 초고자기 감도(평균 작동 7G, 최대 작동 11G) 및 아주 낮은 전류 인입(평균 360nA)이 요구되는 응용 분야용.
- SM353LT: 아주 높은 자기 감도(평균 작동 14G, 최대 작동 20G) 및 아주 낮은 전류 인입(평균 310nA) 적용 분야용.
이 자기저항 센서 IC, 나노파워 시리즈는 자동 픽앤플레이스 구성품 설치용으로 테이프와 릴(릴 당 3000유닛)에 초소형 SOT-23 표면실장 패키지로 공급됩니다.
