제품설명
AWM90000 시리즈 마이크로브리지 공기유량 센서는 시간으로 입증된 열 브리지 기술을 활용합니다. AWM90000 시리즈는 AWM1000 시리즈의 뛰어난 수많은 성능 혜택을 제공하면서도 더욱 비용 효율적인 센서 플랫폼으로 제공됩니다. 두 가지 버전, 즉 질량 유량 및 차압으로 이용 가능합니다.
AWM92100V는 ±200sccm의 유량 범위, AWM92200V는 ±2.0in H2O 차압 버전입니다.
이 센서들은 1ms의 빠른 반응 시간을 갖고 있으며, 단 50mV의 전력만 소비하면서 8.0Vdc ~ 15.0Vdc의 공급 전압으로 작동합니다.
AWM90000 시리즈는 고객의 응용 분야의 요구사항을 충족하기 위해 센서 기능을 맞춤화할 수 있는 기능을 제공합니다.
주의: 제품 손상
AWM 시리즈 Microbridge Mass 공기유량 센서는 액체 유량 감지용으로 설계되지 않았으므로 센서를 통과하는 액체에 의해 손상될 수 있습니다.
이 지침을 준수하지 않을 경우 제품 손상이 발생할 수 있습니다.
