製品概要
ハネウェルのナノパワーシリーズ磁気抵抗（MR）センサICは、大きなエアギャップ、小さな磁場、低消費電力が要求される幅広いアプリケーションに対応するように設計された超高感度デバイスです。
センサICは、センサに対し並行方向にかけられたN極またはS極にいずれにも応答します。磁石の極性を特定する必要がなくなり、取付けの簡素化とシステムコストの低減を実現できます。これらは、非常に低い平均電流消費と、プルアップ抵抗を必要としないプッシュプル式出力を使用しています。センサICは、1.65 Vという低い供給電圧で作動するため、エネルギー効率の面でも優れています。
Nanopowerシリーズは2種類の磁気感受性に対応しており、多様なアプリケーションでの使用が可能です。
- SM351LT：極端に高い磁気感度（7 G 標準操作、11 G 最大操作）や非常に低い消費電流（360 nA 標準）を必要とするアプリケーション用。
- SM353LT：極端に高い磁気感度（14 G 標準操作、20 G 最大操作）や非常に低い消費電流（310 nA 標準）を必要とするアプリケーション用。
これらの磁気抵抗センサIC、Nanopowerシリーズは、オートメーションピック＆プレースに対応したテープ&リール（3000ユニット/リール）にサブミニチュアSOT-23表面実装パッケージで提供されます。
