    Return Material Authorization

    In order to send a unit in for evaluation, you must first register in our portal using the following information.

    Step 1: Register for the Support Portal

    • Go to our Support Portal.
    • Be sure to select Columbus Test and Measurement during setup.
    • Registration confirmation may take 2–3 business days.

    Step 2: Register for the RMA Portal

    • Once your Support Portal registration is confirmed, log back in.
    • Select Productivity Products and then RMA to complete your RMA Portal registration.

    Important: You must be registered in the RMA Portal to receive an RMA number for repairs or calibration.

    Once registered, you’ll be able to:

    • Submit products for repair or calibration.
    • Look up serial numbers (or enter them manually).
    • Track the status of your return orders.

    Create a Customer Service Request.

    Steps:

    1. Select your “Account Name”
    2. Choose Division as “Sensing Solutions”
    3. Choose Line of Business
    4. Select Request Type as “Returns/RMA”

    To our RMA customers – please be aware that our RMA site and facility are transitioning to a new ERP system.

    This RMA request site will no longer be monitored starting end of day today, so please hold any RMA requests until we are able to direct you to the new RMA Request Portal after our transition is finalized.
