제품설명
이 압력 변환기 및 디지털 판독 조합은 산업 및 실험실 응용 분야 모두에서 사용하도록 설계됨. Accu-Gage는 휴대성, 향상된 정확도, 산업용 등급의 내구성 및 매우 경쟁력 있는 가격을 제공합니다. 또한 Accu-Gage 장치는 공정 라인의 기계 작업자에게 또는 온라인 품질 관리 관리자로서 압력 또는 진공의 명확한 판독을 제공하기 위해 패널 장착에 종종 적합합니다.
또한 RS-232 또는 RS-485 인터페이스를 사용하여 통계 프로세스 제어 시스템에도 추가되는 경우가 많습니다. Accu-Gage는 플라스틱 사용과 관련된 충격이나 진동으로 인한 고장을 방지하기 위해 금속 케이스와 핸들로 가장 거친 산업 환경까지도 처리합니다. 이러한 기기는 정밀 다이얼 게이지, 수은 컬럼 및 석영 튜브 기압계에 주로 사용됩니다.
Accu-Gage 모델 AG400은 디지털 압력 표시기에서 가장 향상된 정확도(0.05% F.S.)와 전반적인 안정성을 제공하도록 설계되었습니다. 측량 및 보정/표준 실험실에서 요구하는 높은 수준의 안정성을 달성하기 위해. Honeywell은 모든 AG-400 계측기에 신뢰할 수 있는 향상된 정확도 압력 변환기를 장착하도록 선택했습니다. 제조 과정에서 변환기는 광범위한 번인(burn-in) 프로그램을 거칩니다.
또한, 모든 Accu-Gage 기기는 배송 전에 개별 번인(burn-in)을 거치므로 AG는 변환기 및 기기 수준에서 이중 번인(burn-in)의 혜택을 받습니다. 이렇게 하면 Accu-Gage가 높은 무결성 압력 전달 표준으로 작동할 수 있도록 장비의 장기 안정성이 향상됩니다. 완전한 추적 가능성은 국가 표준에 따라 보장됩니다.
