Active transponder system with an adjustable range of up to 6 m of radius, safe three-dimensional detection of patient transponders and nursing transponders. Consisting of an antenna unit (868 MHz Operating frequency, 125 kHz quiescent frequency), of an evaluation unit with relay contacts (changer), built-in signal transmitter and 230 V AC- power pack (installed). With automatic field regulation (to the extent possible) if interference is detected in the detection range. Expandable with relay card for group identification and an external additional antenna. Signaling of an alarm via the integrated relay contact e.g. for forwarding to the call system. Alarm suppression in case of active confirmation through a nursing transponder (beyond the active detection range, radius dependent on characteristics of the building: at most approx. 30 m), besides, if the nursing transponder is detected within the detection range of the transceiver unit. Battery monitoring of the transponders with fault alarm if the battery capacity of 40% is fallen short of. Possibility for the connection of an external Additional antenna e.g. LF-length range (item 790P031) in order to adapt the detection range.
